Skid Row
Canadian vocalist Sebastian Bach takes over for Matt Fallon and Skid Row ferociously explodes, both in commercial stardom and in sheer vocal power.
Standard story of some boys from Jersey forming a Hair Metal band and bringing glory, power and ridiculously high vocals to the crowds every night.
80s & 90s Swag
Sebastian Bach, Dave "The Snake" Sabo, Rachel Bolan (a dude), Scotti Hill, and Rob Affuso made excellence on their self-titled debut album. Youth Gone Wild and 18 and Life were the epitome of bad ass in a world filled with fluffy, teased, pretty boy hair metal bands.
What we should forget is Baz being a dumbass and diving into the crowd one night in Springfield, Massachusetts.
What we do forget is Skid Row going harder on their second album when bands tended to universally go softer on the follow up.

Earlier Skid Row demos with Matt Fallon:
Two of their largest hits were fully formed before Bach came on board, sung by original singer, Matt Fallon. I hope Fallon's doing well, dude deserved 80s rock glory. He's good. He's capable. He's not Sebastian, Baz is a Hall of Famer.
You know how we know he's a Hall of Famer? We've seen people pick I Remember You as their karaoke song and all we can do is stare into the bottom of our PBR and shake our heads as they fall several notes, if not steps, too low.
Skid Row's Biggest Hit: I Remember You
Amazing that I Remember You is the major hit. They were so harsh and bad ass. Skid Row's Slave to the Grind was even more harsh and bad ass than the self-titled debut album. Not many bands ever went harder on Round 2, but Skid Row did.
